We advertise your property on all of the top sites  (Zillow, Trulia, Hot Pads, etc.) as well as on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.).  We take all the photos  with high-quality equipment and write professional listings to maximize the interest in your property.

TENANT SCREENING

Once we have a list of applicants, we screen them thoroughly.  This includes a criminal background check, as well as a credit check.  We also contact any previous landlords and employers to make sure we are only getting the best tenant for your property.

SERVICING

We offer a full range of services for your properties, from 24 hour help lines to custom-made leases.  Our team can be as involved or as limited as you want us to be.  We offer a full a la cart model.

REPAIRS

Our team of experts and trusted contractors can preform any repairs that your property may need.  We also offer a unique built-in escrow system.  10% of our fee is reserved  in a repair account for your property, and any repairs out of the scope of our  agreement come out of that account before you ever see a bill!

OWNER SERVICES

As our customer, you have the option of having all collected funds direct deposited to your accounts.  This eliminates the need for checks in the mail.  We also offer quarterly  reports on the status of your properties, and a detailed reporting of all of our interactions.
